Book Fair in Barrhaven

For the first time ever in Ottawa, nine local mystery writers are joining forces for a book fair called Crime for Christmas. The event will take place at the Barrhaven Legion, 3500 Fallowfield Rd. on Nov. 19 between 4 and 8 p.m. Admission and parking are free and there’ll be a cash bar and snacks. Meet and support participating Ottawa authors Peggy Blair, Bob Bickford, Don Butler, Brenda Chapman, John Delacourt, Barbara Fradkin, Mary Jane Maffini, Mike Martin and Amy Tector.
